• Periodic Inspections are carried out to ensure that your home is being well cared for
• Accompanied viewings are available to prospective Tenants seven days a week
• When a new property is placed on our Register we will match the details to the requirements of potential tenants by informing them either by post, fax, E-mail or telephone. We can also be found on the Internet.

A Full Rental and Management Package is available. We can also provide a service for Landlords who do not require a full Management Service but would prefer us to vet prospective tenants for them. Richard Kendall have a wealth of experience to deal with letting your property at the highest possible rental, in the speediest time possible but to the best quality tenant who will have been fully checked by our Lettings Department.
