Lockdown 2.0 Update

Firstly we hope you are keeping well and safe in the current climate that we all find ourselves in.

You will no doubt be aware that since coming out of the first lockdown the property market has recovered stronger than anyone thought possible, and we are pleased to say that this trend has continued throughout the year, despite all the uncertainties that we are facing. As you may already know, following this second wave of lockdown we can confirm that we are continuing to work as normal, whilst working under strict Covid-19 guidelines. This includes providing viewings and valuations to clients.

Where a virtual viewing or valuation is not available, under current government guidelines we are still able to carry out physical appointments and visit your home, and where we have been unable to carry out a virtual tour on your property for our website, we will be only more than happy to make an appointment for us to do this for you.

Wherever possible our offices will remain staffed and open 7 days a week, with bubbles formed and staff taking it in turns to work from home. Our offices will be locked and should you wish to visit us please let us know and make an appointment if possible. All of our branches are supported by our teams available on phone and email, with our website www.richardkendall.co.uk providing access to buyers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Where you have a sale progressing we remain working closely with all solicitors to ensure that you continue to receive the best possible personal service and to facilitate your move as quickly as possible, taking into account the current market conditions. As you will be aware we have a fantastic panel of local solicitors who we work very closely with, however, we would ask for your patience as every individual property is different, with many matters often beyond our control due to delays in searches, mortgage offers, surveys being carried out. What we are finding is that the process is taking more time across the market, however, please be assured we will do all we can to assist.
