The accommodation fully comprises, entrance lobby, dining kitchen, staircase leading to first floor, spacious lounge, three good sized bedrooms and bathroom/w.c. The property has its own parking area and is well place for local amenities and has good access to the m1 motorway a short distance away.

Potential applicants are reminded that the accommodation is above a Working Men's Club and as such the club do from time to time have live music acts and turns on at various points in the week.


FEES *Fees Apply. We require a credit reference fee (currently £60 per person, inclusive of VAT) when application is made for a property. If references are satisfactory, then we require a Tenant's Start of Tenancy Charge of £185 inclusive of VAT to cover 1 or 2 applicants.

On the day the Tenancy commences the Tenant(s) will pay Richard Kendall £185 including VAT. In certain circumstances, we may require a Guarantor fee of £60 inclusive of VAT per guarantor.

THE TENANT(S) WILL PAY NO FURTHER STANDARD CHARGES TO RICHARD KENDALL ESTATE AGENT DURING THE TERM OF THE TENANCY, INCLUDING THE RENEWAL OF THE FIXED TERM TENANCY (SUBJECT TO THE LANDLORD'S APPROVAL), WHERE APPLICABLE.
