Following on from the Government’s recent announcements we have updated our Covid-19 working procedures as of Monday 19th July 2021
All of our offices are fully open and you are free to enter, with or without an appointment. We will be really happy to welcome you fully back into our offices, however we do ask that if you have any symptoms please contact us via telephone or email instead of in person.
VALUATIONS & ACCOMPANIED VIEWINGS
If a member of staff reports that there is a need for self-isolation in their household they will be withdrawn from activity and will not be sent to your home. This applies whether it’s the valuer, accompanied viewer or a close member of their family. Of course, that means that there is a chance we may have to change our appointment with you at short notice and we will re-schedule/postpone our appointment with you. We would ask you to be understanding and patient if this happens.
If you or a member of your household becomes ill or are ordered to self-isolate please contact us as soon as possible. We will then re-schedule the appointment, working with you to manage the situation for the protection for you, your family and our own Richard Kendall Estate Agent family.
