Covid_19 Update

We don’t know if the government will force a shutdown of businesses to help stop the spread of this virus but of course, it may happen. If it does, we will keep you informed as soon as we know. 

For now, we will proceed as planned. However, you can be assured that we have orders for staff to wash their hands thoroughly and report any illness to us immediately.

VALUATIONS & ACCOMPANIED VIEWINGS

If a member of staff reports that there is a need for self-isolation in their household they will be withdrawn from activity and will not be sent to your home. This applies whether it’s the actual valuer, accompanied viewer or a close member of their family.  Of course, that means that we may become short of staff in the coming weeks, in which case we may have to re-schedule/postpone appointments simply because we don’t have the skilled staff available to do it.  This is for you and your family’s protection and we would ask you to be understanding and patient if this happens.  If you or a member of your household becomes ill or are ordered to self-isolate I ask you to let us know immediately.  We can re-schedule the appointment, working with you to manage the situation for the protection of everyone.

OFFICES

Whilst our offices remain fully open, we have decided that all doors are to remain locked.  We ask that you only request to enter the buildings if it is absolutely necessary.
