What a month it’s been!
Last month our Castleford office celebrated its 1 year anniversary. The Castleford office opened this time last year and has been welcoming the lovely members of the Castleford community ever since. To celebrate 1 year passing, and in keeping with true Castleford spirit, we ran a competition and gave you to opportunity to win a family season ticket to Castleford Tigers. The lucky winner (Karen: see photo) has been announced – congratulations Karen!
To continue the month of celebration our very own Lucy from our Wakefield office was nominated for an award at NAEA Propertymark Qualifications awards at the House of Lords. Claire attended the ceremony in her place as Lucy has recently welcomed the arrival of a beautiful baby girl. Congratulations Lucy, what a great achievement to be nominated for such an award.
Our very own Simon Kendall has been training hard in preparation for taking part in the New York Marathon this weekend. He has shown true determination and we can’t wait to hear all about it! Simon is running the marathon to raise money for Wakefield Hospice. The Hospice endorses a holistic approach in promoting quality of life for patients as well as in the continuing support that is offered to families and carers throughout the period of illness and into bereavement.
And of course, with Christmas just round the corner, we have to mention our participation in this years Operation Christmas Child Shoebox Appeal. Last year was a massive success with many of you donating items for shoeboxes, and several of you creating your own.
