Inventory – Furnished
May 23, 2017
It is strongly advised that if you are managing a rental property a full Photographic Inventory is carried out on the property prior to the commencement of any tenancy period. This serves as a useful document for both the landlord and tenant alike listing the overall condition of the property and goes into detailed condition of various items within the property. It is also an essential document to have when negotiating on deposit returns at the end of a tenancy. At Richard Kendall we use electronic inventory software and this can be emailed to both landlord and tenant if required (subject to timescales and area).
