Richard Kendall Estate Agent has launched its own in-house conveyancing service.

In a bid to provide an even more comprehensive service to their clients, Richard Kendall Estate Agent has launched its own in-house conveyancing service.

RK Conveyancing’s four-strong team are a part of Beaumont Legal and all have years of experience in helping clients in the Wakefield district. They are members of a team who have won First Time Buyer magazine’s award for best Law Firm for Conveyancing for the past four years.

Now based in the same office as Richard Kendall Estate Agent they work hand-in-hand with the estate agents and mortgage brokers to ensure the legal process of buying your home is as seamless as it possibly can be.

The team is headed up by Dawn Atkinson, a qualified chartered legal executive with more than 13 years’ conveyancing experience. She has lived in the Wakefield district all her life and joined the Richard Kendall team in January 2014.

John Robinson is a trainee solicitor who completed his legal practice course in 2011 at Sheffield University. He joined the firm in February 2014 and has been part of the team for the past two years.

Legal secretary and conveyancing assistant Rachel Bartholomew has worked for Beaumont Legal for 10 years and has been an integral part of the Richard Kendall Conveyancing team for eight of those.

The fourth member of the team is Kelly Phillips who joined the Richard Kendall team in January 2016 as a conveyancing assistant specialising in exchanges and completions but also bringing with her a full knowledge of the conveyancing process.

All four are dedicated to providing a quality service wherever you live; you can stay in touch and complete the whole process by phone, email or by visiting one of the five Richard Kendall Estate Agent offices in Wakefield, Pontefract, Horbury, Ossett and Normanton.
