Richard Kendall Estate Agent, which has six offices in the Wakefield and Pontefract area, has already seen a busy beginning to the year with 22 percent more viewings in the first week of January than the same time last year.

The family-run firm’s staff also carried out 18 percent more valuations and received 45 percent more new instructions in the new year, while sales were up by a whopping 70 percent compared to the start of 2018.

“We finished 2018 on a high with a record run in December: from viewings to completions, all our figures were strong across the board and that success has continued into January,” says director Claire Kendall.
