Richard Kendall wins All Agents Award

Richard Kendall branches across Wakefield have once again won the annual All Agents Award. Our Wakefield and Normanton branches have been holders of ‘best estate agent’ from 2014 onwards, Ossett from 2015 onwards and Pontefract has won ‘best overall agent’ in 2016 and 2017.
What are the All Agents Awards?
Every year, Bristol based company All Agents host the All Agent Awards, here estate agents across the UK are rated solely on what their customers think of the services that they have received over a twelve month period.
Who decides the winner?
The awards are different from other awards schemes, as the winners are not selected by trade bodies, journalists or fellow colleagues but by customers who have had hands on experience with their own time and money.
What do you need to do to win?
Results for branch awards are based on reviews posted between the 1st September – 31st August. To win the award, estate agents must meet a minimum review target of All Agents 4 star band, which is an average rating of 3.5 or above. Richard Kendall Estate Agent’s average rating is 4.8.
