We are looking for a Sales Negotiator to join our successful Wakefield office. Previous estate agency experience is not essential. What matters most is your attitude, work ethic and ability to build relationships with people.

If you've worked in retail, hospitality, travel, recruitment, customer service, telesales or another customer-facing role, you may already have many of the skills we're looking for. We can teach you the property industry; we cannot teach ambition, enthusiasm and a genuine desire to help people, but we will encourage it.

About the Role

As a Sales Negotiator, you'll be helping buyers and sellers through one of the most important decisions they'll ever make. No two days are the same, and you'll play a key role in generating new business, arranging viewings, negotiating sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
