We are proud to share that director, Claire Kendall, was invited to take part in Golden Nuggets: Movers & Shakers, a new podcast series from Rightmove in partnership with Silvia Eldawi.
The series puts the spotlight on Estate Agents from across the UK, sharing the expertise, ideas and entrepreneurial thinking that are shaping the industry. Claire is one of just 10 agency leaders featured.
Why Claire?
Claire’s route into the family business wasn’t a straight line. After GCSEs, college and university, she moved to London to work as a surveyor before coming home to Richard Kendall. Today, she runs our local offices across Wakefield, Ossett, Horbury, Normanton and Pontefract along with Simon Kendall, carrying forward a business founded by Richard Kendall nearly 60 years ago.
On the podcast, Claire shares her views on Estate Agency and what it means to run a family firm, from keeping the values that built the business to adapting to the way people buy, sell and rent today.
