Simon Kendall completes New York Marathon in aid of Wakefield Hospice!

We are very proud to say Simon has completed the New York Marathon and raised over £1000 for Wakefield Hospice. Simon completed the marathon in 3 hours and 24 minutes.
Wakefield Hospice is committed to providing the highest level of symptom management and care for people who have advanced active, progressive and life-threatening illness. The Hospice endorses a holistic approach in promoting quality of life for patients as well as providing the continuing support that is offered to families and carers.
The annual running costs of Wakefield Hospice are now between £3.9 million and £4.2 million, and it’s the generosity of the local community enables Wakefield Hospice to continue to provide care to those most in need.
