Those people accessing the site spent over three minutes and read 3.45 pages each on average per visit. In addition to this, 42% of sessions on the site were from returning visitors, meaning once people have found our website a large proportion came back again to continue their property research.
Richardkendall.co.uk’s busiest day in 2021 was the 18th February, which saw 6,631 pages being viewed in that one day! This volume of people consuming content on our website is great news for those selling or letting a property through us – across the 12 month period 1699 viewing requests were sent via the website, along with 911 requests for free market appraisals.
This year so far…
Last year saw unprecedented demand in the property sector, so how is the website performing so far this year? Well, since 1st January 2022 the site has been visited by 24,200 users, the equivalent of 538 users per day. So far these visitors are staying longer and browsing more pages than the 2021 average. Also of course, our website is available 24/7 so even when our offices are closed our website continues to make sure your property is being seen by potential buyers and tenants. Even at 3 am on a Sunday, over the last 30 days our website has been visited – by 14 users in fact!
The busiest day on our website so far this year was 1st February with 4,556 pages being viewed, this was actually the busiest day since 13th October. This indicates that demand in the market is showing no signs of relenting just yet.
